World’s fastest toilet vrooms at nearly 50mph into the Guinness Book of World Records

I’ve never met anyone who didn’t enjoy their time alone sitting in the loo. Most people like to utilize the time to reflect on their life and other philosophical matters and a few use this time to catch up on their reading though some workaholics cannot let go of their work even in the loo and bring their laptops/iPads and smartphones to the toilet. But this Australian lady named Jolene Van Vugt really took multitasking to the next level by creating a toilet that can travel as fast as the speed limit in most cities.

Motorized toilet

A famous professional motocross rider, Van Vugt stars in many live-action shows down under, stars in the Nitro Circus television and also holds the record for being the first woman in the world to successfully back flip a dirt bike. With such heavy credentials already under her belt, we’re guessing racing a toilet was the only real challenge left before the queen of the (dirt) road.

With a two-way average of 46.6 mph, Van Vugt’s toilet racer has also become the World’s Fastest Toilet and has been officially recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records. No word on whether the extreme sport professional is looking to sell her toilet racer to people looking for an alternative ride, but we’re sure we’ll be seeing this toilet-on-wheels being used by celebrities having a public meltdown sooner rather than later.
