If you are one of those who can’t do without your podcasts and internet radio even in the kitchen, or bathroom for that matter, designer Aki Hirota has devised a radio concept called “Wi-Fi Wall Radio PG1” that easily plugs into a wall outlet without invading any counter space. Installed and connected through a computer, the Wi-Fi radio can be tuned or controlled by the remote. While a tripath amp and mono speaker other than ensuring connectivity and quality sound also makes the radio compact and lightweight.
