Underwater divers have always been at risk of hurting themselves with objects moving on the surface of water, for big boats and ships usually fails to identify the underwater activities, posing a serious threat to the lives of divers. Addressing the issue, Spanish designer Andreu Capdevila has come up with a floating backpack dubbed the “Warn” that ensures the safety of divers both under and above the water during water sports, such as Snorkeling, or scuba diving. The backpack equips a mechanical reel system that leaves a flag on the surface of water, as soon as the diver submerges into the water, to alert water bikes and boats moving around the location, preventing the possibility of an accident or mishap without any surveillance.
