Designer Matthias Pugin continues to impress us with his innovative designs. Earlier, we covered the t02 slide-phone and Feltphone by the Swiss designer and now, it’s time for the digital mechanic watch that displays time in a very unique way. Entitled “Switchital,” the latest timepiece is a clock with digital letters, written with small metal bars, attached to the surface by small magnets underneath. With every single minute, a few of the digital letters in the clock move or spread over the black surface to disappear in the frame, while the rest regroup in a strange pattern to show the passing time. Check out the video to see the clock in motion after the jump.
[Thanks Matthias]
