Featuring a cylindrical body and a revolving top cap, the “Annoying Thing” is a portable alarm clock presents an ideal blend of form and functionality. Finished with plating grade plastic and metallic stamping parts (for the top cap), the clock boasts built-in electrically charged batteries, which work throughout the week with a single charge. The clock measuring 120mm in height and 35mm in diameter comes in a portable size that makes it very comfortable to use. Presenting cylindrical shape in chrome finish, the alarm clock by designer Vivek Sasindra comes with a large green display to avoid strain on the eyes of the user. The clock also includes universal control switches, together with speakers at the front bottom part, so the sound reaches uninterrupted to the user.
When alarm rings, the green light at the top of the display, starts flickering. The clock embraces a strap, attached to the top cap, which needs to be lifted and the top cap should be winded continuously for 1.5 minutes. The speed of rotation should not be less than two rotations/second. If the user reduces the speed of rotation, the sound of beep increases and requires resetting of the alarm and rotation as well.
