Compact single-seater vehicles are usually designed for short or inter-city commutation, but the latest vehicle concept by designer David Hull seems to change our perception about small vehicles, as it moves on highways with same ease and efficiency as any other vehicle. Dubbed the “Phoenix,” the conceptual long-range vehicle generates power from a 35 horsepower engine to achieve up to 250 miles per gallon. Integrating a centralized touchscreen computer for easy navigation, the Phoenix also includes a storage drawer at the rear. Despite its small size, the one-person transporter can move at highway speeds, allowing a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to conventional long-range vehicles.
