Looking for an the ecological habitat for the future, French architect Stephan Ricci, aka Architerroriste, has popped up a house concept dubbed “Nest House” that resembles a pair of binoculars and enclosed by a nest. Featuring a layer of interwoven batons over the exterior and large windows at each end, the self-sufficient structure integrates solar panels, together with a wind turbine, to fulfill its electricity energy needs with sustainable energy. In addition, the building makes use of ambient humidity and collects rainwater to meet its water requirements. In short, the Nest House containing all the principles of contemporary architecture provides a functional, economical and eco-friendly lifestyle in a natural environment.
