The “Mercado Negro,” meaning “black market” in Spanish, by designer Ramon Coronado is a resurrection project that gives new life to discarded shopping carts. The LA-based designer has come up with some functional objects, including a swing, chair, table and a lamp, that not only look good but are sturdy enough for your outdoor activities as well. Moreover, the project Mercado Negro adds some sort of sustainability to the modern lifestyle.
