Introducing a new genre of mixed-use tower with the spatial adjacencies of a village, the Oppenheim has designed a luxurious building to be located in U.A.E that concealing a green oasis within confers a more diverse but at the same time sustainable living experience to the residents. Featuring a botanical wonderland infused with natural light through its transparent facade that responds to every shift of light while countering the harmful sunrays, the Marina + Beach Towers project makes use of natural ventilation to regulate the temperature within. Relying on natural resources for power and light, the eco-friendly architecture seems to amalgamate the sky and water to enrich the modern lifestyle. In addition, the sloping beach tower incorporates solar and wind arrays to generate sustainable energy and recycle water, flowing through the site, to fulfill some of its energy and water requirements.
