Joel Hardy’s Lofty Desk is the penultimate answer to your space related botherance. Loft Desk is a composite desk/ bed ideal for rooms with higher ceiling but not enough horizontal space.
Joel Hardy’ loft bed includes integrated lighting, speakers, and custom storage. The inner frame of the bed has been used to anchor lights and speakers. Customizing the setup according to his needs Joel made arrangements for spotlights for working on the desk while sitting in his Kawasaki Paddock chair.
To ensure neat cable management, Joel made provided holes in the three corners of the desk, with fourth in the centre for the wires from his two 22″ monitors and other peripherals. The loft bed/desk also ensures ample storage. The other wall has been used to mount an HDTV coupled with his PS3. Joel has painted the wall green which lends it a certain accent whereas the use of white for the bed and other lends helps make a very small room appear larger.
