Winner of the “iF Gold Award,” the “IF Mode” by Mark Sanders is a folding bicycle that removes all the clutter of traditional bikes, such as greasy chains and complex tubes with hidden dirt traps, to attract the next gen toward the traditional yet sustainable mode of commutation. Developed in collaboration with Ryan Carroll and Michael Lin, the folding bike unfolds into a full-sized street bike within no time. Weighing about 14.7kg (32lbs), the bike when folded measures just 27 x 102 x 66 cm (WHD) in dimension for easy storage or transportation. Priced at €1,750, the limited edition folding bike features a special handle to lug it like a suitcase.
