Helena Jongerius dazzles it for Belux at Stockholm Furniture Fair

the blossom range

The Dutch Designer, Hella Jongerius dazzled the Stockholm Furniture Fair with her Blossom Collection of Suspension Lights for Belux. The designer keeping in mind her motto of Classical Modernism has created eleven new suspension lights toting up with three freestanding lamps all being archetypes with coherent design. This particular range is presented in three charily synchronized color-designs each combining three light fundamentals amid diverse properties that harmonize each other. Every blossom-shaped piece in the range provides a choosy ambience. Occasionally the tint is shiny or sometimes matt.

Helena’s idea of perfection is so intense that even the red power wire is color-coordinated. As for the large round base Helena picked on bizarre material like leather stitched with ornamental seams or warm terracotta or may be a soft-touch plastic that may sync with upholstered furniture or flower vases. Adding to the charisma is the fact that each light piece is separately buttoned. The designer pays scrupulous notice to the smallest detail like the refined switches made of cast gold-bronze, hand-crafted in afro-cast. I think it’s a great job of absolute finesse on the part of Helena, as far as consumers are concerned, nobody is as dumb as not to gaze an eye or chip in a few bucks on something as genius as these!!
