This Cellphone is designed keeping in mind people suffering from arthritis for whom finger movements, while using a regular cellphone, provide discomfort as the multiple joints in the hands impact the function of the hand and grip intensity. However, with this conceptual mobile phone - the Trundlr Cellphone - arthritic patients will be able to connect easily without going through excruciating joint pain.

The phone is spherical in shape and is based on the concept of fluidity of movement due to which a user will be able to dial a number by simply navigating the device without having to punch in the buttons - meaning less work with fingers that would provide major relief to arthritic patients. Rotating the sphere, just like a mouse, would allow the user to see the screen and can navigate through by simply rolling the device, which is meant for scrolling the screen in all directions.

The phone is user-friendly and has icons that are large enough to be seen from a short distance. A slight pressure downwards on the device helps select the item that the user would like. The base of the device also emits a soft glow when placed on the docking station for recharging.

When the phone is not in use, it doubles as magnifier to amplify any text up to three times. Apart from its utility, the phone has a very modern and contemporary look, besides its round shape ensuring a comfortable grip. This round-shaped Trundlr Cellphone is a blessing for those suffering from arthritis providing the maximum comfort as it is easy on the hands.
