Samsung offers the world’s largest transparent Amoled Display

Taking OLED technology from the 14 inches to 19 inches, Korean technology giant Samsung Mobile Display has popped up with a transparent AMOLED display that touts a groundbreaking transparency in comparison to contemporary gadgets in the same class. Showcased at the SID-2010, the see-through display allows over 30% visibility. Claimed to be the world’s largest transparent display, the AMOLED display can be used for storefront advertising and sci-fi movies, together with HUDs for helmets and car windshields.
