R.O.D vehicle moves efficiently on both city roads and highways

r
Supercars touting powerful engines are ideally suited for longer journeys on highways, while their lesser counterparts making their way through cramped city roads performs better on short distance traveling. But, we hardly have vehicles that can do well on both long and short distance journeys. Providing a practical solution to the problem, Indian designer Sasank Gopinathan has designed a progressive vehicle that is essentially a modern hot rod, but at the same time compact enough to be a practical car to run in the city as well as on the highways. Featuring the wheelbase (2199mm) inspired by the Suzuki swift, the R.O.D concept vehicle runs on a straight six ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) with a rear wheel drive. Measuring 3350mm in length, the two-seater comes with solenoid brakes on all wheels, ensuring safety during a high-speed ride on the highways.
