Lounge Module made in recycled cardboard

By Naresh KumarChauhan   /May 1 2010

Designed as a part of an industrial design workshop at the University, the “Lounge Module” by Mexican designer Edgar Navarro is a lounge-like module with ambient lights that is sure to spark your dinner party with friends. Finished in recycled cardboard, the furniture unit includes a center table that releases four chairs to dine a small family. Ideal for bars and restaurants, the module features a cube at the center that you may extract to place the bottles. Moreover, the cardboard is given a special treatment to resist water and heat. The Lounge Module is not only lightweight and durable, but it also helps in sustaining the environment.
