Creating A Sense Of Place: A Design Guide, by Prince of Wales

With a view to increase the number of affordable homes in the rural areas in the UK, Prince of Wales, launched the good design guide. It's called Creating A Sense Of Place: A Design Guide.

As per Charles, affordable and well designed houses can work as a tool to save villages from dyeing. High prices that are acting as a catalyst in making young people move out of the villages can be cut to a great extent once economical and well designed homes come into existence. He thinks that the guide will act as an encouragement for people to think differently and will make space for affordable homes and will stop the present devastating trend in the villages.
