Timing apart from other aspects is perhaps the most important factor during a rescue operation, deciding the fate of the victims. Taking a leaf out of the notion, Colombian designer Juan Pablo Zapata Martinez has devised a concept vehicle, the “CarNurse,” for public beaches that helps coastguards in accomplishing a quick and comprehensive rescue operation. Offering adequate space to accommodate about seven passengers (for 3 lifeguards and 4 attendants), together with a stretcher for the injured, the CarNurse spacious enough to present an emergency storage for medical equipments under the stretcher and lifeguard’s chair while battling the alarming situations. Moreover, the concept vehicle can move both on land and in water with equal efficiency during emergency rescue operations.
