[B] iConic Complex looks like California’s snake-like transport network

[B] iConic

The structure seen above is actually a creation by iConic design company. Christened [B] iConic-Montecito Heights Design Complex, it has been conceived in a vivid manner by John Ledden. The structure has fetched heavy inspiration from the Los Angeles, California’s snake-like transport network.

The amazing and awe-inspiring structure is located at the foothills of the very famous Pasadena Mountains, downtown of LA. The company has tried to incorporate ingenious designing with an out of this world architectural ability. The roof has been crafted in such a way that it will be used for different kinds of vegetation. This will lend the building a green color and add freshness to its surroundings. When seen from a distance, the grass roof will beautifully blend with the ground and make it literally undetectable.

It will be a spot for various departments of company, which will be located at different legs of this structure. Just like the freeway that is used to travel from one city spot to the other, the combination of all these legs will result in a focal point. This will be further put to good use, where meetings and various social gatherings will be held. Not only this, [B] iConic has been crafted keeping even the handicapped in mind. People with disabilities won’t have any problem accessing it because of special facilities. It has a ramp system as well as three crane arrangements.

[B] iConic-Montecito Heights Design Complex will be enveloped by scenic beauty. This will allow plenty of space to explore and also prove to be a great way to connect with nature.
