Ellittico Side Table: Iron too makes aesthetic figures

Whoever said solid iron cannot look good, just take a look at this stunning side table called the Ellittico. Los Angeles based designer, Philip Nimmo has crafted this very different side table using plenty of solid iron. Talking about iron, the metal is used by Philip to give this side table unconventional ellipse-like support structure. The ellipse-like support structure which is made up of interlocking iron rings pretty much explain why the Ellittico is named thus. The Ellittico has a round top surface, which again is one big interlocking iron ring that supports a round piece of glass inside it. If you are interested in bringing one of these to adorn your patio or balcony, you have the options of choosing from a yellow-gold leaf, white-gold leaf or a silver color finish. Good old iron has never looked so good as well as elegant. Moreover, this side table has plenty of rust treatment to keep iron’s biggest bugbear at bay.
