MB&F has released a new and unusual wristwatch bearing a dual-dial design. Dubbed the MB&F HM4 Thunderbolt, the wristwatch is a jet engine style device with a complex HM4 engine and two-dial frame, where one is the normal time indicator and the other a power indicator. Relying least on the word simplicity, reminiscent of the traditional watches, the HM4 Thunderbolt is outrageously unique and a standalone work of art in its own right. Carrying a whopping $158,000 price tag, the wristwatch has two mainspring barrels that store up to 72hrs worth of power, which reaches the indicators through vertical gear trains. The internal mechanism is visible courtesy the HM4’s Sapphire glass top and bottom. The complexity of the engine vests in the 50 jewels and 311 components that make up the engine of the watch, while five sapphire crystals and a black hand-stitched calfskin strap with titanium and white cold clasp complete this holographic machine.
