Job Details:

• Implement the Social Media strategy
• Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs
• Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
• Regular feedback from Social Media monitoring to the Marketing Team to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion Monitor trends in Social Media tools
• Indepth knowledge of Social Media monitoring tools i.e. socialmention, hootsuite, radian6 etc

• In-depth knowledge of workings of social networking sites
• Be an active participant in all the sites
• Willing to attend the conferences and related events
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format; and build and maintain relationships
• Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
• Digital marketing, Public relations, advertising & marketing experience- a plus

• Project creative, design, and implementation
• Ability to take a project from beginning to end
• Maintain all project files in an organized structure
• Detail oriented, organized and can manage time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
• Photoshop organization is a must. All files must have named layers, created with expansion and coding in mind
• Full understanding of all Adobe software, strong layout, composition and typography skills are a must
• Production skills, ability to prepare files for print and web
• Knowledge of current design trends, web trends and technologies
• Flexible while working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Have the ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once

• Strong ability to problem solve and troubleshoot web applications and code
• Develop custom web applications in PHP and MYSQL
• Collaborate with project manager to write and review functional specifications
• Apply systems analysis skills to understand and define technical requirements/specs
• Research and learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study

• Experienced in PHP, MySQL, HTML, XML and Javascript
• Strong experience in creating large-scale Content Management Systems forWebsites
• Must have the ability to convert website layouts in PSD to HTML
• Good knowledge of manual HTML coding
• Experience in object oriented programming and MySQL database design
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-type environment is a PLUS
