We have seen a number of speaker docks, but the Cell by designer Adrian Canoso is wireless portable speaker with a difference that gives more freedom of use while connecting with the user in a more natural manner. Inspired by nature, the sunflower, the dock includes a speaker grill consisting of a Fibonacci sequence of 1620 holes, making it unique in its own way. Designed to deliver more than typical iPod docks, the speaker dock runs on a lithium polymer battery to allow endless hours of wireless music. Connecting via Bluetooth, the retractable iPod dock apart from nonstop music playback also conducts calls through an integrated microphone, while the built-in alarm clock wakes the user up listening to his/her favorite music. Apart from outdoor use, the speaker dock also connects to your computer, when not in use as a tabletop speaker to deliver quality sound. Presenting an LED display to show time, track and call information, the portable speaker comes with a flexible handle to swing at 180° angle, which adds fun to your music on the go.
