A good looking wrist watch comes with a lot of magnetism and is nothing less than a fine piece of art. But there can crop up a situation where one likes the design of the watch but not the way in which time is displayed. Some prefer the analogue style, while others are more comfortable with the digital presentation of time. If you have ever faced such a situation, then have a look at the BREIL Chroncentric Wristwatch that has been designed by Nick Lendon.

The design has been shortlisted by Designboom for its International Design Time BREIL competition. Participants were asked to come up with unique and fully functional designs, which would leave an everlasting mark and become an econ in the watch culture all across the globe. Nick, a British industrial designer, came up with the awe-inspiring design that displays time both in mock digital as well as analogue format. The design comprises of traditional hands, which have been well mixed with three separate discs. These discs can rotate individually and in turn put on show the digits that represent the hour.

The fine-looking watch has a body made out of stainless steel, which can be caked with various colors as well as finishes and can be well complemented by the presence of rubber parts. The BREIL Chroncentric Wristwatch focuses on the concept of revolution, which is evident from its design and display format. The watch has a rippled outer skin present in the middle of the face and is further repeated all through the chain links. The number dials rotate in an unusual manner and aptly depicts the time interval in terms of minutes. The minutes are put on show at a gap of five minutes and successfully complete one revolution in 60 minutes.

The BREIL Chroncentric Wristwatch is a neat design, which will definitely make a mark in the world of watches with its incredible shape as well as functioning.
